My name is Rhea Joseph. I created "Shining A Spotlight" in October, 2022 as a junior. I am now a high school senior and can't wait to continue my podcast and website in college.

Friends and family describe me as loyal, kind, caring, and dependable. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, traveling, and goofing around.

 

I have been playing tennis from the age of 5 and it plays a very important part of my life. I have competed in the USTA Junior tennis tournaments since the age of 10. I play on the high school tennis team and in my sophomore year won the singles district championship! This past year I was selected as team captain. To add,  my team was the girls tennis team runner up in the State Championship for the first time in school history. My goal for this year is to better my results from last year.

I have lived in Virginia my whole life. I dream of working and living in New York City! I want to establish my own business and be a successful entrepreneur. I believe strongly that to build a strong community around us, everyone should actively contribute and participate. This is what I hope to achieve through my platform, Shining a Spotlight!
